About This Policy
This policy explains how AltPsych, LLC, doing business as Kenwood Therapeutics ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, and the rights you have under Washington's My Health My Data Act. "Consumer health data" means information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status.
Health Data We Collect, and Why

We use this data only to provide the services you request and for the purposes listed above. We collect it only with your consent or as needed to provide a service you asked for.

You, through intake forms, sessions, emails, and messages
Our practitioner, through session notes and observations
Others you authorize, such as a provider you ask to send us information
Health Data We Share, and Who Receives It
Service providers (processors). Companies that store or process data for us, under contract, and only on our instructions: [SCHEDULING / INTAKE FORM TOOL], [RECORDS OR NOTES STORAGE], [VIDEO PLATFORM], [EMAIL SERVICE]. Any category of health data listed above may be stored with them.
Specific affiliate. Kenwood Therapeutics, PLLC, but only if you give separate consent to share with it, such as when you ask us to coordinate with a licensed provider there.
Others you choose. Any person or provider you direct us to share with, with your separate consent.
When the law requires it. For example, a valid court order.
We will ask for your consent to share health data separately from your consent to collect it. We do not sell consumer health data.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Confirm and access. Find out whether we collect or share your health data, get a copy, and receive a list of every third party and affiliate we have shared it with, plus a way to contact each one.
Withdraw consent. Stop our future collection or sharing of your health data.
Delete. Have your health data deleted from our systems, including backups. We will also tell our service providers and anyone we shared it with to delete it.
How to make a request: email privacy@altpsych.org or write to 100 N Howard St STE R, Spokane, WA 99201. We may ask you to confirm your identity. Requests are free up to twice a year. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you, and we may take up to 45 more days.
If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@altpsych.org with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal in writing within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
